*All prices shown for manual conversions are based on a single pin to slide through the brackets and headstock to lock on an attachment. If you would like an over centre handle please call the sales office for a quote.*

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

When ordering please state the configuration after the part number with the machine type coming first and the bracket type that it needs to be converted to pick up second. For example: CA03B-Kramer KT447 (machine) to be converted to Pin and Cone (the required bracket to pick up).

All headstocks sent to Cherry Products to be converted need to be stripped of all pins, shims and hydraulics and must be labelled with the senders details, also with the part number for the intended conversion configuration.

If we can’t match a headstock to an order we are unable to start the conversion therefore prolonging the lead time you would have been originally quoted.

Some headstock conversions will derate the capacity of the machine and and in some configurations can foul the machine’s tyres. For information on this please contact our Sales Office. Headstock conversions are a comprimise and as such may not work as well as an original or complete replacement unit in relation to achievable crowd and dump angles. Whilst we make every effort to compensate this, this does need to be recognised.

*If you have a Kramer or Scorpion machine and would like to have a Change-Over valve fitted to your Headstock please add COV-L (For Liebherr built machines) or COV-K (For Kramer built machines) and add £465 to the RRP.

If you would like to have the Change-Over valve sent in kit form please add COV-L-KIT (For Liebherr built machines) or COV-K-KIT (For Kramer built machines) and add £255 to the RRP.*
